Ones win again in another low scoring match

The 1st team won their second game of the 2021 campaign in a low scoring match at Faversham.

Early wickets put pressure on the team but a mid-order resistance from Chris Hogg (45) supported by James Sutton (13) and Ben Wiebe-Williams (14), Alex Ward (11) rebuilt the innings but wickets fell and a spirited 18 from Jake Mitchell saw the team reach 124 all out in the last over.

A 50 from the Frindsbury opener help put the game out of reach for the twos but they continued to bowl well picking up 5 wickets before the visitors crossed the line in the 38th over. Cream of the bowling Ben Wiebe-Williams (2 for 17), Lee Cogger (1 for 18), Linc Bryden (1 for 21).
