Bapchild CC will ensure all suspicions, concerns and allegations are taken seriously and dealt with swiftly and appropriately.
Please read the Club’s Safeguarding Policy Statement with regards to the process for reporting a Suspicion, Concern or Allegation
The below form will be used by either:
a) The Club Representative to collect information regarding your concerns as part of the Route 1 process
b) You should complete this form should you decide to follow the Route 2 process
