The 1s travelled to Sibton Park and were put into the field. Tom Carey joined the attack and was immediately in the game taking two more wickets. The home team tried to rebuild reaching 72 for 5 but Tom removed the remaining 5 wickets in quick succession and Sibton found themselves all out for 82 in the 30th over.
Tom was not so successful after tea being dismissed without scoring and James Weller followed shortly afterwards. Josh Willis (38no) and Ricky Dale (19no) finished the game as Bapchild crossed the line with 6 wickets and just under 28 overs to spare.

The 3s did not have a game this weekend
The Sunday XI entertained top of the league Headcorn in their Sunday KVL game. After the break Headcorn started steadily but Ethan Collier’s wicket (1 for 25) broke the opening partnership. Daniel Gunner (3 for 15) bowled extremely well and he and Daniel Covey (3 for 25) cleared out the middle order leaving Jacob Carter (1 for 22) supported by Tom Gunner and Ella Hadler to close out the game as Headcorn found themselves 8 down and 41 runs short at the end of the game.
