We have a Junior Manager who is responsible for the Junior Section and we assign a Lead Coach to each age group

Bapchild Cricket Club has a strong coaching set-up with over 10 ECB Level 2 coaches. We also have young leaders which are senior juniors who we hope will progress to coaches in the future and help out with our Under 8 and Under 10 sections.
