Data Privacy Notice


Bapchild Cricket Club take the privacy of our members data seriously and will only use your and, where applicable, your child’s personal information for club administration purposes and for communicating with you about your or your child’s membership and involvement in Club activities. 

For example: 

    • To administrate your membership  
    • For Player Registration to Cricket Leagues (where applicable)
    • For Player availability and match selection (where applicable)
    • To inform you of club events & activities
      (e.g. Presentation Evenings, Net Sessions (if applicable) etc).

Only nominated committee members or selected adult members of the club namely the Chairman, General Secretary, Treasurer, Welfare Support Officer, Colts Manager, Coaches (where appropriate), Senior Team Captains/ Vice Captains (where appropriate) and the Club’s League Administrators (where appropriate) and Fund Raising Manager will be able to access your details.

Your data will not be shared with any third party and the principles of the General Data Protection Regulation will be adhered to (further information can be found in the Club’s Data Protection Policy). 

Your data will be delete 24 months after you and/or your child’s membership is not renewed providing there is no outstanding debt or on going relationship with the club (eg. 100 club membership etc.)
