League Season starts as Friendlies end
The League Season started on Saturday with the 1st XI opening their campaign by travelling to play against Rainham.
On winning the toss the team elected to bat and lost 3 early wickets. James Weller 41 and Simon Cosstick (21) steadied the ship for awhile but when dismissed wickets continued to fall with only Tyler Wassell (19) making double figures. The team found themselves all out for 137 in the 31st over
Rainham comfortably chased down the runs in just 16.1 runs and losing only one wicket
