James Weller scored a superb 120 not out on Sunday

The Sunday XI played Elham Valley who put the team into bat.  James opened the batting with Lee Taylor (30) who scored the majority of their 54 partnership.  Ricky Dale (49) joined James and together put on 111 partnership.  James then took on the batting and as wickets fell around him he pressed on recording the highest score for the club this season. The team had reached 273 for 8 off their 40 overs.

Adam Rayner (2 for 27) and Tyler Wassell (2 for 19) took early wickets and while Elham never looked like reaching the target Bapchild failed to bowl them all out and at the close the score was 209 for 8

The 1st team travelled to Blackheath and elected to bat. Early wickets put pressure the pressure on but good knocks from James Sutton (33), Matt Lewis (32) and Lee Taylor (29) pushed the score on but they were never able to build on it.  The team were all out in the 43 over for 160.

A wicket on the first ball after tea got the team off to a great start but a 128 run partnership for the 2nd wicket looked like the home team were going to cruise home.  However a superb 5 for 36 from Lee Cogger supported by Adam Rayner 3 for 37 almost turned the game round but the home team scrambled over the line with just two wickets standing

The 2nd XI were home to High Halstow.  The visitors decided to bat and posted 203 for 9 off their allotted overs with Shiv Patel (3 for 38), Owen Harrison (2 for 31) and Joshua Hunt (2 for 43) being the pick of the bowling

Nathan Glazier (38) and Nick Page (28) supported by Lincoln Bryden (46) set up for a thrilling finish as Owen Harrison (21) and Shiv (12) put the over 30 for the last wicket but unfortunately the team fell 11 short after being bowled out in the 46th over.

The 3rd XI had a great win change down 209 against Lenham.  Lenham top order scored well before Ethan Collier (3 for 36) and Paul Gilbert (2 for 38) pegged them back in the second half of the innings

Three early wickets looked like the target would be difficult to reach but a great knock from Paul Gilbert 96 no, Tony (jug avoidance for the 5th time) Hadfield (46) and Graeme Corner (43 no) crossed the line in the 37th over with 5 wickets remaining
