Season takes it toll
All three Saturday teams lost on the Bank Holiday weekend
The 1st team travelled to Chislehurst who elected to bat putting on 250 for 5 before declaring in the 45th over with Ricky Dale picking up 3 for 54.
After tea the team were all out for 101 in the 30th over with only Ricky Dale (38) scoring over 20
The 2nd team entertained Chislehurst 2nd XI who also elected to bat first. They started well but were pegged back by Glenn Kennett (4 for 47) and some good run outs resulting them being bowled out for 171 in the last over of the innings.
After tea Simon Cosstick (24) started well supported by Nick Page (19) but wickets fell regularly and although the 5 last batsman scored 70 runs between them the team was bowled out in the 38th over for 144
The 3rd XI faired similarly in their home match against Minster being bowled out for 77 in the 37 over. Minster took just 13 overs for the loss of one wicket to reach the target
The Sunday XI had no game
