Colts get professional coaching from Frank Griffith
For the second year ex-Derbyshire professional Frank Griffith joined a group of colts for a days coaching at Radfield Hill.
Organised by 3rd Team Captain Linc Bryden to help develop our colts in their techniques. Frank’s coaching included ‘Shot Selection – Forward Defence or Drive’ and ‘Playing off the Back Foot’
It was great to see even in a short time how quickly the colts developed their techniques and all thoroughly enjoyed themselves and found the session extremely useful.
It is hoped to repeat this event next year as well as introducing more similar coaching days as the Club is always looking to develop and invest in our colts to ensure they enjoy and get the most out of playing for the Club at colt and senior level
We would like to thank Frank for once again giving up his time to spend with our colts and wish his daughter Cordelia all the best playing for the Oval Invincibles in The Hundred
