Under 12 Broncos played Faversham on a bright sunny evening at Faversham where the Broncos produced some superb cricket.
Faversham have been running in 2nd spot for most of the season but statistics went out of the window when the Broncos arrived. Captain Archie Covey won the toss and elected to field first. Faversham batted confidently but were held back with some excellent fielding and some brilliant catches. Skye Fontanelli bowled superbly taking two wickets while the catch of the night went to Edward Louden who plucked a ball out of the air when he reality he should have got near it
Faversham finished their innings on 247 and brothers Edward and Jack Louden took the game to the home team as the first pair with some big hits and great running between the wickets. They finished on 250 after their four overs. Sensible batting from the rest of the Broncos meant the game was wrapped up by the time Archie Covey and Jay Sharma came to the crease.
A great performance again by the Broncos who are now on a roll of wins and really playing well as a team
Congratulations to the whole team
