Junior Registration Forms
Parents/Carers/Guardians of Junior players are required to register their child by completing the below forms:
– The Under 18 Membership Application Form
– The Alternative Contact Form (if applicable)
– Acceptable Use Statement for Internet and Social Media Use Form

and keep the Club in formed of any changes
Junior Player – Under 16 years of age as at midnight on the previous 31st August (i.e. 15 or under)
