The 2s had a comfortable win over the Mote as Will Surridge hit his maiden 50 for the Club.

The 2s were at home Mote and was put into the field.  Steve Roberts (1 for 24) got an early breakthrough and was supported well by Ethan Collier (9 overs 0 for 25).  A change of bowling brought more wickets as Amith Lokesh picked up 2 wickets for 21 in his 9 over spell and Will Surridge (2 for 25) also picked up a brace.  Captain Adam Rayner ended the innings taking 4 for 11 as the visitors were restricted to 140 for 9 off their 40 overs.

After the break the team also lost an early wicket but a fine partnership from Yuvraj Rajgor (52) and Will who scored his maiden 50 for the Club (59no) the team crossed the line at the end of the 29th over just 2 wickets down

The 1s travelled to Offham in a bottom of the table clash and on a very hot afternoon were put into the field.   Offham batted well on their home ground as 6 of their 7 batsman reached double figures and ending their innings on 263 for 6.

Openers James Weller (43) and Tom Carey (13) started well but wickets fell regularly with only Ricky Dale (17 no) reaching double figures thereafter as the team was bowled out for 112 in the 35th over

The 3s travelled to Mote in the weekends double header and again were put into the field.  The Mote started strongly but captain Lincoln Bryden broke the partnership getting both openers in the same over.  Chris Wood picked up a blinding catch in the slips to give Linc his 3rd wicket (8 overs 3 for 24).  Mote steadied themselves and started to put on runs however  Jay Sharma dismissed the in-form batsman as he holed out to Aaryan Rajgor in the deep.   Wickets began to fall as Jay picked up a further two (3 for 45) and Aaryan joined in picking up one from the other end (1 for 34).   The captain sensing a bowling change brought on  Ella Hadler who mopped up the tail with three wickets in one over (3 for 3) as Mote found themselves all out for 138 in the 30th over.

Bapchild in reply started solidly.  Chris Wood (16) and Tony Hadfield (32) put on a good 2nd wicket stand supported by Kev Miles (14) as the team reached 92  for three.  However wickets tumbled and despite Lincoln’s 25 Bapchild fell 12 short.

The Sunday XI were at home to Charing  and batted first. An early wicket put pressure on but Yuvraj Rajgor (17) and Dan Covey (19) steadied the ship. As a couple of wickets fell in quick succession the mantle was taken up by Ethan Collier (15) Adam Rayner (28) and Ben Wiebe-Williams (30) how ever tight bowling saw the team 133 for 9 off their 40 overs

Charing started strongly and although Ben (1 for 21) and Amith Lokesh (1 for 29) made the break through Charing’s top order crossed the line in the 30th over with no further loss
